Newsletter of Awesome! - Issue #12
Envelope of Awesome Headquarters:
First up this week Simon drew this adorable cat named Freddie. Look at his cute little face 😍
It was -140'c 🥶🥶 so why not Canoe in an empty paddock and draw a panda while you are at it!
And just as you thought our videos couldn't get any more bizarre this week... come join us in the cupboard 😂😂
Also look at next months adorable stickers!!!!!
What Vegetables has been up to:
As Envelope of Awesome's extremely handsome mascot, Vegetables prides himself in staying in shape. However he hates exercise so he has come up with the perfect solution: he just pretends he is being chased by a giant dinosaur-eating Robot Jellyfish! (It's a great way to increase your heart rate and get your cardio in! Let us know if you give it a try!)
Pear Baby of the week:
This week's special mention goes to William, our master wordsmith! This little pear baby is never short of some fantastic, topographical, escatological, astonishing, flabbergasting, empirical, mainly discombobulationary words to use in our good Newsletter.
Streatfeild Family Adventures
We spent the Long Weekend with the Grandparents in the freezing cold Cooma wilderness! The Dump Shop is always a highlight of our adventures!
We saw a Sundog and I discovered its actually a thing and not just a word Simon made up! Sundog: Patches of light that sometimes appear beside the sun are called "sundogs". The scientific name is "parhelion". Speculation is that they are called that because they follow the sun like a dog follows its master. 🌈🌞🐕
I asked the twins why they were sitting in the same chair and they answered SIMULTAENOUSLY, "Why not Mummy!?" 🤷♀️🤷♀️
There is nothing that says "Australian Country Childhood" more than wood carting with your Grandparents in the bush! ❤
Until next time, we hope your week is full of cute cats, strange rainbow dogs and warm knees!
Be kind, be curious and stay ⭐AWESOME⭐!
